Bio:
Amir is a Managing Director of Susquehanna Growth Equity, a private equity affiliate of Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Amir has spent his entire career in technology investing and corporate finance at firms such as TL Ventures and Robertson Stephens. He currently sits on the boards of CashEdge, Plimus, and ESP Technologies. His prior investments include Kashya (acquired by EMC), ClariFI (acquired by S&P), ProSight (acquired by Primavera and then Oracle), Crossworlds (acquired by IBM), Whale Communications (Microsoft), Xedia (Lucent), and Breezecom (Nasdaq: ALVN).
He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has guest lectured at Wharton since 2000 and has been a member of the management associated faculty since 2006.
