P.O.V. (Point of View)
I became an entrepreneur because…: I like being the underdog.

Best way to respond to criticism and doubters:
…:
Listen to them at first. Realize that if they doubt you, it's your fault for not being clear enough. Try to explain your point again and if they still don't get it, chances are they don't want to get it so move on.

Best definition of a successful entrepreneur:
Someone who learns from their mistakes and only makes them once.

Most challenging part of your job:
Not bringing the chaos and stress home with me at the end of the day.

Biggest impact of the Wharton School:
Wharton taught me how to work in a highly competitive environment. This was very important since I have no work experience in the "corporate world".

Best memory of your Wharton days:
No class on Fridays.

Close calls
How you started your business: I started my business right after graduating from Wharton with a friend of mine from high school.

Pivotal moment in growing your business:
Everyday.

Most interesting non-entrepreneurial job offer you’ve declined:
I was never interested in getting a "job".

Biggest surprise you encountered growing your business:
Most people actually want to help you.

Most difficult decision you’re glad you made: Firing a key management person who had been with us for a while.
