In addition to the offerings listed here, WEP is currently exploring what additional co-curricular programming could be offered to engage students at Wharton | San Francisco and Wharton alumni in the region. Laura Onopchenko WG07 is leading this exploration. Please contact her at onopchen@wharton.upenn.edu if you are interested in learning more and providing your input.

Goergen Entrepreneurial Management Program – These courses are valuable for any entrepreneurial minded student seeking a foundation or advanced knowledge of business planning. All courses marry theory with practice and include hands on practical applications. Elective course offerings are determined by the MBA Executive class voting process.

  • East Coast students are welcome to sign-up for Philadelphia based EIRs (you may also phone into your appointment)
  • Spring 2009 we are piloting a program at Wharton | San Francisco. This program has been one of WEP's most-highly rated programs in Philadelphia, and we will be testing and tweaking it over the next several months to ensure that it meets the needs of the Wharton | San Francisco community. During the test period we anticipate hosting an EIR approximately every five weeks. We intend to include EIRs with diverse functional experiences from a variety of industries that we anticipate would be of interest to those involved in entrepreneurial activities, either in start-ups or embedded in larger organizations.
